The purpose of our redemption isn't to ask questions like #wwjd, no it includes becoming the word. Living epistles. Living logos. Express expressions of the thoughts of Him who has called us. Predestined to conform to the image of His son (Rom 8:29). GLORY!!!!!
You know, I think the reason why we have a tag such as #wwjd is because we haven't really become like Christ like we should. I don't have to ask my mother what she will do if she sees her house disarranged. Because I a...m my mother's child, I will immediately roll my eyes, scream, punish whoever is responsible and proceed to guilt trip them by doing their jobs for them - cleaning my own house. By myself. (I love my mom still). However, the point is, I have lived with her so much that her actions have rubbed off on me, I know her! DNA wise, we are alike. I have inherited her traits! My room is almost always neat, and Lord help you, Loorrd help you if you mistakenly shift anything from its position. You will know I am my mother's daughter! Do you get this? If you know your heavenly father, His DNA coupled with your intrinsic knowledge of Him will make you instinctively act like Him.
Thus we haven't we synced our minds with the Spirit so much so that His thoughts have become our thoughts. His words our words. His actions our actions. We haven't recognized that we have the mind of Christ therefore, we go about attempting to create with our imagination what Jesus will do. Lol. It's even bad enough that we don't ask Jesus Himself nor the scriptures #wwjd, no, we try to imagine it. Because we think we know who He is. Isn't that funny? And then we proceed to think we can by ourselves, (with just willpower and human strength) be like Christ. Facepalm. He loves us still though. He really does, so He is merciful. And He is patient.
The purpose of our redemption isn't to ask questions like #wwjd, no it includes becoming the word. Living epistles. Living logos. Express expressions of the thoughts of Him who has called us. Becoming our Father's sons; like the Son of our father. Selah.
Paul said in one of his letters, and I paraphrase, "copy my actions, as I have copied Christ". (1 Cor. 11:1). Have we become emulateable peoples? (Not sure if emulateable is a word but you get the point). Well, no pressure if we aren't, we are growing.
The time has come when the Sons of God walk in the integrity of their identity! The time has come when Sons do not go about asking #wwjd but permit others to see Christ in them. The time has come when the Sons arise.
