#4 Free Breakfast!

This morning, I jumped out of bed at 7:01am (I slept late and didn't even bother laying my bed when woke). Anyways, I left home at 7:24am so I could have enough time for a 15minute bus ride to school and a 10-20minute breakfast. Well, fast forward to getting breakfast, I saw all these yummy options and strictly told myself to pick what I could afford. Strictly. Scrambled eggs (one serving), a cup of grape juice and two slices of bread (for a pb & j sandwich, because nothing improves your mood on a Monday morning more than a good pb & j sandwich :-)). I prepared to pay at the register and stuck out my card at her when this lady looks at me, shakes her head, smiles and says "no no", have a good day darling. Huh? You mean I should keep my card? Why? Did I do something wrong? I just smiled (as realization dawned on me) and stammered "thank you", and then proceeded to shout "have a good day too!" Free Breakfast. I am so happy. On a Monday morning. This is a sign; I'm gonna have a good week. Thank you Jesus. Have a good week too, all of you; I wish you free breakfasts! PS: I made my 8:00am engagement too.
